Hello readers, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jamie Brackpool, and I have recently been told by my father how much fun you can have blogging. He has been telling me for weeks that I should start up my own blog. The only problem was I had no idea what to write about. Then he told me that I should write about something that I am interested in. So I thought about all the things I liked. There were many things I came up with but one thing stood out to me... Soccer. But how could I fit this into my blog I thought? That's when I cam up with the idea of The Penalty Box.
The Penalty Box is a place for English Premier League soccer fans to catch up on the latest matches. There will be in depth match reports, and news involving players around the league.

If I were to make any observations right now, I'd say... it's very factual and knowledgeable, but aren't blogs supposed to be more personal and opinionated???? Just my own thoughts. I know you're a Red too, so be passionate about them!
